Submission

Two-page poster abstracts

To encourage discussion of late-breaking results or for work that is not sufficiently mature for a full paper, we welcome 2-page abstracts, with deadline April 14. This gives authors the opportunity to present their latest research results to the community, and is also an opportunity for researchers new to the field to participate in the conference. Two-page poster abstracts should present work within the conference scope that is original and new. These submissions will NOT be included in the IEEE Xplore conference proceedings. Accepted abstracts will be presented during poster sessions. To submit a contribution, follow the link under ICDL-EPIROB 2019 here: https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl

Paper formatting

LaTeX and Word Templates for the conference papers are available. The templates are standard IEEE two-column paper templates (page size US letter), to be used for all submission types. We are employing a single-blind review process, so you are not required to anonymize your submission. The paper length limit is 6 pages including references (up to 2 more pages are allowed for a fee of 1000 NOK per page). Submissions may be updated at any time until the paper deadline.

Full papers – Now Closed!

Submissions of full-length papers (including MODELBot challenge papers) for ICDL-Epirob 2019 are now welcome here.

Tutorials and workshops – Now Closed!

We invite experts in different areas to organise either a tutorial or a workshop to be held on the first day of the conference. Tutorials will provide insights into specific topics through hands-on training and interactive experiences. Workshops will extend to a half or full day and could include invited speakers, discussions with a smaller community, and independent submissions.

Submission is by email of PDF (maximum two pages) including information about the intended tutorial or workshop:

  • title,
  • concept of the tutorial workshop,
  • list of speakers (if available),
  • target audience and interested groups,
  • whether it is open to paper/poster submissions,
  • website

Tutorial/workshop submissions should be sent by email to Kai Olav Ellefsenkaiolae@ifi.uio.no with subject line “icdl-epirob-tutorial-workshop“.
